What is the Butteryfly Mark on each product page?

The Butterfly Mark is awarded by Positive Luxury to brands that are committed to social and environmental sustainability. To be awarded the Mark, brands are critically assessed by industry experts across five areas: Philanthropy, Environmental Framework, Innovation, Governance, and Social Framework. The Mark is an interactive pop-up window where customers can discover the specific Positive Actions the awarded brands take. Dagny is proud to have been awarded the prestigious Butterfly Mark in January 2018.

Are you exclusively an e-commerce site or do you have a store I can visit?

We exclusively sell our products through our e-commerce website. We occasionally have pop-up shops and special insider events in London, New York, and other select cities. Please join our mailing list to be the first to know about pop-up shops, insider events, and other exciting news.

How do I care for my Dagny garment?

Please refer to the detailed care information on the wash care label inside each garment. There you will find careful instructions on how to clean your specific garment. We encourage our customers to reduce their carbon footprint by wearing the garments more and washing them less. Do the UK prices include VAT?

Yes, all of the listed prices are inclusive of VAT.

I am a resident outside EEC, can I get a VAT refund on my order?

Unfortunately the current UK legislation does not allow VAT free shopping on mail and online orders.

I am an international customer. Do I pay duties & taxes on my order?

No, Dagny pays for all duties and taxes on international orders. The price on the website is the accurate price you will pay.

I have a discount or promotion code. How do I use it?

Lucky you! During checkout, enter the code in the payment method section. Each code is unique and can only be used one time, for one order. Multiple discounts and promotion codes cannot be applied to the same order.
