What is your UK shipping policy?
We offer complimentary 48 hour domestic shipping for all UK orders. We offer expedited 24 hour shipping for a flat £5 rate. Please select this option at checkout and note that this shipping cost is non-refundable.
What is your international shipping policy?
We offer complimentary expedited shipping for all international orders*. Depending on your delivery address, your order should arrive in 2-8 business days. This is the fastest and only option we offer for international shipping.
*We currently ship internationally to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China/Hong Kong, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and the United States. In addition to the flat shipping fee, customers will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes to the carrier, calculated at checkout. For packages that are refused upon delivery, customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the United Kingdom. These costs will be deducted from the customer return refund.
How quickly will my order ship?
We try to ship all orders within 24 hours of order confirmation. We ship Monday through Friday and try to process all open orders before we close for the weekend. We do not ship over the weekend and on UK bank holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order during sample sales, promotional periods, or on a holiday.
I placed an order but did not receive an email confirmation.
Please check your junk and spam folders, as this is the most common reason for not receiving emails. We recommend you add our email address firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to ensure you receive all future correspondence from us. If you are still having trouble locating our emails, please contact our customer care team at email@example.com, who will be able to assist you further.
I would like to cancel or amend my order.
Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, we cannot cancel or amend the order. If you entered incorrect shipping information, please immediately contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to correct the information before the order is shipped.
How do I track my order?
Please log into your account to view your recent orders and tracking information. If you checked out as guest, then please refer to the confirmation email of your order despatch for tracking information. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear.
My package has been lost in transit.
We are so sorry to hear this. Please contact our customer care team at email@example.com right away and we will resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, after an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
My order arrived, but it was incorrect or damaged.
We are so sorry to hear this. We will gladly replace any incorrect or damaged merchandise, or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org right away and we will resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
What is your return policy?
We want you to truly love your purchase, so if you are not entirely satisfied we accept returns for both domestic and international orders. All returns must be sent within 14 calendar days from the delivery of your order to receive a refund*. All returned merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, and with original tags attached in order to be accepted. Upon receipt of returned goods, Dagny reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these return policy requirements.

How do I return my order (UK)?
We offer free & easy returns for domestic orders. For your convenience, we include a pre-paid return label and return form in each package. Please fill out the return form, affix the return label to the original box (covering the previous shipping label), and drop off the package at the Post Office. Once we receive your return, we will send an email in 2-3 business days confirming your return and refund. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment used to make your purchase. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to post the full refund.
How do I return my order (international)?
We offer easy returns for our international customers, but unfortunately we cannot offer free return shipping at this time for international orders. There is a flat £20 return shipping & processing fee for international returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable through Dagny.
Please email email@example.com with your order number and item number for the item you wish to return. Within 24 hours, we will send you a prepaid DHL label and new paperwork to place inside the envelope on the front of your box. Please also fill out the return form, seal the box, and schedule a pick up from DHL. Once we receive your return, we will send an email in 2-3 business days confirming your return and refund (minus the return shipping & processing fee). Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment used to make your purchase. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
Can I exchange my purchase for another size, colour, or style?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an order for a different size or colour, or a purchase a different style entirely, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. Please see above for more details on return and refund policies. You can place your new order at any time.
What does final sale mean? Can I return final sale items?
All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size, colour, or style. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any inquiries about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
